The Emerging Leader Insurance Professional role aims to reputed company future leaders through a two-year program that includes training, mentoring, and hands-on experience in various core roles reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the Emerging Leader Program
- Complete a two-year curriculum of industry-leading training that includes in-person and virtual workshops, mentoring and coaching, job shadowing, online eLearning modules, and hands-on experience working in a business simulation
- Engage in a two-year work rotation to reputed company understanding and skills in core roles involved in being an insurance professional, which may include reputed company, Claims, or other parts of the organization
- Travel to live workshops as required
- Upon successful completion of the two-year work rotation, be reputed company in a permanent work assignment based on business needs
