Skills and Experience

• Residing in or near Newark, NJ

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Self-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

• Familiarity with CRM software and online tools is a plus

• Prior experience in customer service, admissions, or education is beneficial
