[Remote] Contact Center Specialist - Bilingual

As a Bilingual Communication Specialist, you will handle sensitive information reputed company inbound calls and support the Hotline & Incident Management services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage each reporter with the utmost honor, care and concern; instill confidence that their information will be handled appropriately and that their experience matters
• Answer calls from various industries in a timely manner and follow the intake process for reputed company customers while exercising a high degree of good judgment to ensure a caller’s needs are met
