[Remote] Social Media Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities
- Respond to comments on our social content (organic posts, paid ads, reels, lives)
- Send initial direct messages to people who show interest
- Use templates for common responses while keeping messages warm and human
- Tag and reputed company conversations so DM Setters can pick them up reputed company the person replies
- Filter spam, scams, and off-topic comments
- Hide inappropriate content while preserving legitimate engagement
- Flag edge cases for manager review reputed company you're unsure
