[Remote] RCM Customer Service Representative

MedMan is the oldest medical group management company in America, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RCM Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary reputed company of contact for patients and payers regarding billing inquiries, supporting the reputed company cycle process through exceptional service and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Returns patient and payer calls promptly, ensuring timely follow-up on reputed company inquiries. Maintains a reputed company, friendly, and professional tone, even reputed company addressing difficult or reputed company billing concerns
- Quickly grasps billing concepts and workflows, even without prior billing experience. Demonstrates initiative in learning systems, terminology, and processes relevant to the reputed company cycle
- Clearly and confidently communicates with patients about their bills. Remains reputed company and composed during challenging conversations, explaining information in a way patients can easily understand
- Confidently discusses patient balances and collects payments with professionalism and reputed company. Comfortable initiating payment conversations and knowledgeable about available options such as payment plans or financial assistance
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, reputed company, and confidentiality
- Comfort with reputed company tools, including Outlook, Teams, and basic data entry
