reputed company is a nationally recognized law firm seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with at least one year of experience in commercial and/or employment litigation. The role involves managing a full litigation caseload, communicating with clients, and participating in various litigation activities including depositions and trials.
Responsibilities
- Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
- Taking and defending depositions
- Handling mediations
- Participating in investigations, court appearances, motion practice, and trials
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in commercial and/or employment litigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Admission to practice in reputed company
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
- Law Review and/or Moot Court experience preferred
- Employment litigation matters, including employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour disputes, and traditional labor law matters
- Federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions
- Investigations before the U.S. reputed company, reputed company State reputed company, EEOC, and other state and local human rights agencies
