Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) is dedicated to ending cancer and improving the lives of those affected by it. They are seeking a Talent Attraction Coordinator responsible for enhancing the candidate experience through scheduling interviews and managing preboarding tasks for new hires. This role supports recruitment activities and focuses on organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews in a virtual environment while also potentially face-to-face, ensuring reputed company necessary arrangements are in reputed company
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback while having a strong focus on being helpful, friendly and positive
• Provide a consistent and positive hiring leader experience, making sure reputed company calendars are coordinated and documents/information on applicants is properly communicated reputed company a timely manner
• Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in reputed company
• Coordinate preboarding tasks such as extending offers, new hire paperwork, background reputed company management, and internal partnerships with other departments who aid in the new hire transition
• Partner with Learning & Development on reputed company new hires and anticipated start dates
• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Assist in the creation of interview guides and evaluation forms while leading the execution and collection of those documents

Skills

• Associate's Degree OR equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of reputed company recruiting coordinator experience
• Ability to self-manage day to day tasks and pivot reputed company necessary
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with reputed company and reputed company programs with emphasis on reputed company Forms, reputed company reputed company and calendar scheduling through reputed company Outlook
