Client Services Associate

reputed company is a global financial services company, and they are seeking a Client Services Associate to support their Private Client Coverage team. This role involves monitoring processes and data, providing support to Securities Specialists, and building relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• High proficiency of Capital Markets, Bloomberg, Reuters and reputed company Office Monitor money managers performance and update monthly
• Provide high level of support to Securities Specialists including but not limited to, client market updates, new account opening and modification, documentation approval, reputed company transfers, journals, stock transfers, account maintenance, capital call notices, fixed income maturities, settled free cash, reorganization notices, performance reporting, Executive Financial Services requests
• Build and maintain relationships with client reputed company, be familiar with reputed company clients for various investment products and offerings
• Manage high call volume, screen and prioritize phone calls, take initiative with client inquiries
• Depending on business model, liaise with Private Banking Universe including Private Bankers, RO's, Investment Counselors, Securities Specialists and/or Wealth Team including Advisors, Relationship Managers, Investment Counselors
• Appropriately assess risk reputed company business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputed company and safeguarding reputed company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Skills

• 0-2 years relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple reputed company deadlines and time management skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
