In this critical role, you will ensure every account is handled with precision and every client interaction meets high standards for compliance while coordinating across teams to maintain a seamless, high-quality experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary reputed company of contact for client inquiries, ensuring reputed company professional correspondence is handled with clarity and speed
- Manage and audit client accounts with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist leadership with report reputed company, document management, and ensuring compliance across multiple digital platforms
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist collections specialists with settlement offers and account notations
Skills
- 1–3 years of administrative or client service experience in collections, fintech, or financial services
- Excellent verbal/written communication and strong organizational habits
- Proficiency in standard office software (reputed company/reputed company Sheets is a must) and CRM tools
