[Remote] Virtual Electrical Estimator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Treehouse is a software-enabled installation platform for electrification projects, aiming to accelerate the decarbonization of homes and workplaces. The Virtual Electrical Estimator role involves evaluating residential electrical projects remotely, creating installation plans and proposals, and ensuring projects are ready for execution by the installation team.

Responsibilities

• Review project requests in reputed company, including customer-submitted photos, videos, and site details and assess residential electrical setups—panels, circuits, and layouts—to determine the correct installation approach
• Create clear, detailed scopes of work and project proposals that give the installation team everything they need to execute without surprises
• Flag missing or unclear information early, coordinating with internal teams or customers to resolve it before a project moves reputed company
• reputed company project records organized and up to date reputed company reputed company, ensuring clean handoffs and a reliable reputed company trail
• Use AI-assisted workflows and internal systems to process projects reputed company and maintain quality at volume
• Operate reputed company established SLAs and contribute to a 'first-time-right' culture by minimizing errors and reducing the number of back-and-forth touches per project

Skills

• Hands-on experience in residential electrical work (apprentice, helper, or similar - licensure NOT required)
• Solid understanding of panels, circuits, and basic installation practices
• Comfort and willingness to work on a computer for the majority of the day
• Tech-savviness and open to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to work more reputed company
• Experience in EV charging or residential solar/electrification projects
• Prior experience in a remote or systems-based operations role
• Familiarity with structured workflows, SLAs, and/or quality control processes
• Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving reputed company
• Ability to learn and operate reputed company CRM and workflow tools (reputed company experience a plus)
