This executive role ensures UGG delivers a premium, inspiring, and high-performing digital ecosystem that reflects the brand’s global leadership, while accelerating growth, profitability, and consumer lifetime value. This leader is accountable for defining the strategic roadmap for UGG.com, delivering best-in-class consumer journeys, optimizing digital operations, and elevating the brand’s digital reputed company in North America. The VP partners closely with Global Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and DTC Technology to shape the future of UGG’s digital experiences while ensuring alignment with global brand and commercial strategies.
