[Remote] Customer Service Consultant Raleigh (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is the nation’s largest retailer of used cars, and they are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to provide a seamless customer experience. In this role, you will connect with customers, guide them through the car buying process, and ensure their needs are met from online to in-store interactions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase
• Use your knowledge of the reputed company inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
• Guide customers every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
• Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
• Mentor others as your skillset expands
• reputed company sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
• Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states – may require testing and travel as some states request physical reputed company to apply for the license

Skills

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred

• Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to needs of the business
• Hybrid role with requirement for working on site one day per week
• Candidates must live reputed company 100 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location

Benefits
