Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruiting lifecycle, sourcing and screening candidates, and negotiating compensation while fostering relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruiting lifecycle, including identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, assessing skills, negotiating compensation, and deploying candidates
- reputed company effective sourcing strategies, adapting to market conditions as needed
- Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Directors to collaborate with position requirements and priorities
- Actively reputed company qualified candidates through various channels (reputed company, reputed company, Monster, job boards, referrals, cold calling)
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, qualifications against job requirements, and selecting the most qualified
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule next interviews
- Negotiate compensation and provide benefit information to qualified applicants
- Grow and manage extensive candidate pipeline through various resources
- Build and maintain relationships with IT consultants to reputed company industry knowledge and obtain candidate referrals
- Be active and resourceful in the marketplace, working with networking organizations, user groups and electronic events in order to be on the cutting edge of recruiting reputed company the technology marketplace
Skills
- 1-5 years of technology recruiting experience with Software Developers, PMOs and many more
- Positive, high energy, competitive and self-motivated individual
- Excellent team and relationship development skills
- Strong organizational and follow through skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
