Scopely is a leading video game and global interactive entertainment company, and they are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to join their reputed company team. The role involves managing logistics and orchestrating a candidate experience while coordinating interviews and collaborating with various teams to enhance recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange reputed company candidate interviews, including booking travel accommodations for non-local candidates
- Manage candidates in reputed company (applicant tracking system)
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
- Coordinate reputed company interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants
- Collaborate with Talent Partners (recruiters) to ensure a great candidate experience and facilitate processes such as interviews, offers, and background checks
- Work with People Operations, People Business Partners, and People Experience teams on efforts to optimize processes, workflow, and reporting
- Assist the reputed company team in tracking metrics, candidate surveys and reporting
- Contribute to the evolution of our recruitment processes by working closely with the team
Skills
- High-volume recruitment coordination experience
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
- Ability to reputed company strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment
- Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
- Gmail, reputed company Calendar and reputed company docs proficiency
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking system or CRM
