Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Part-Time Position at arenaflex

As a part-time data entry specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) Pricing Group, which is responsible for revenue from the discount business, one of arenaflex's largest revenue sources.

Job Responsibilities
As a part-time data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses reducing revenue, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change
- Creating a list of discounted business income for the Canadian region
- Driving the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities
- Supporting external audits, including investigation of issues discovered, communicating with local value team managing vendor relationships to discuss issues and work to resolve issues
- Performing ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least two years of experience in financial assistance or business payment and/or other finances
- A bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information
- Knowledge of programming languages (such as SAS/SQL)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others in situations where they may have different goals
- A strong work ethic, with a passion for winning and a focus on excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- Knowledge of financial software and systems
- Strong project management skills, with full ownership from analysis to implementation
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure
