Collector (Early Stage Delinquency)
LoanMart is a company that provides non-traditional lending solutions to help individuals resolve financial setbacks. The Collector role involves providing exceptional customer service and negotiating with customers to secure payments on delinquent accounts.
Responsibilities
- Apply exceptional negotiation and collections techniques to secure payments, while reducing stalls and obstruction to payment opportunities
- Identify prime collection opportunities
- Provide effective education and service to our customers to minimize the need for vehicle repossession in reputed company delinquency stages
- Ability to reputed company in fast-paced environment
