[Remote] Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist will reputed company new customers, ensuring their success with email routing and domain configuration through effective communication and collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers of reputed company sizes, on reputed company Paubox products
- Ensuring successful onboarding of new Paubox customers by defining and delivering on success metrics
- Supporting customers through the implementation period reputed company email and reputed company
- Working with Sales and reputed company Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and handling of our customers
- Delivering an A+ customer experience reputed company day, every day
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
- Natural ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities and issues
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with email routing and DNS management
