[Remote] Project Controls Asstistant

They are seeking a Project Controls Assistant to support project managers and control specialists in ensuring project success through effective setup and management of project documentation and data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure our projects are set up for success from day one
- Working closely with project managers and control specialists to reputed company everything running smoothly
- Setting up new projects in reputed company Vantagepoint
- Adding phases to existing projects
- Making sure billing terms are clearly defined and accurate
- Ensuring project managers submit the right documentation
- Stepping in as a backup reputed company needed
- Assisting with project planning and closeout activities
- Collaborating regularly with project managers, engineers, and finance teams
- Handling various data entry tasks to reputed company project records sharp and up to date
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in database management or project administration
- Proficiency with reputed company Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
- An associate's degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a reputed company field
- Experience using reputed company Vantagepoint
- Knowledge of reputed company Project and Power BI
- Familiarity with project controls tools such as scheduling, cost management, and reporting software
