Program Analyst - NA-192 reputed company Office
TechSource, Inc. is a nationally recognized engineering and scientific company specializing in the management and technical delivery of large-scale nuclear and high-technology projects. The Program Analyst will support the Strategic Materials Production Modernization office and its nuclear deterrence mission, coordinating with national reputed company laboratories and nuclear weapon production facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage an exciting and diverse portfolio – you will directly support the NA-192 reputed company office team with day-to-day reputed company, guidance, and coordination of the six programs reputed company NA-192
- Duties may include office procedures for meeting the Defense Programs (DP) mission, reputed company of scheduling, taskers, correspondence, reports, and other requests
- Provide input to a broad reputed company initiative ranging from deploying new technologies, new facilities, and restoration of existing processes
- Organize, plan, schedule, implement, control, and analyze performance on various projects and programs
- Support the modernization of technologies and capital acquisitions at NNSA sites
- Coordinate interfaces with other offices and organizations to assist with identifying programming and planning requirements
- Present updates on contractor (M&O’s and other contract vehicles) activities, requirements, and statuses
- Identify and report on issues or reputed company problems and potential risks
- Maintain expertise on relevant management tools and technologies and provide inputs to various deliverables
- Drive process improvement and innovation
- Implement plans and processes required to meet reputed company performance, schedule, quality, cost, and reputed company requirements
- Some travel will be required (20% or less)
Skills
- DOE Q clearance required
- Master's degree in science, engineering, public policy or a reputed company field
- 1 or more years of program or project management experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at Forrestal building
- Experience with DOE/NNSA/DoD Programs preferred
