Eclipse Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Your primary focus will be account management, with an emphasis on client retention for existing Eclipse clients and support of the existing reputed company team
• As part of a cross-functional team (Eclipse Client Service), you will reputed company exposure to various aspects of client interactions, including project work and day-to-day customer support
• This role serves as an escalation reputed company for clients throughout their product lifecycle
• Responsibilities include conducting reputed company-in calls, managing account changes, and collaborating with the Eclipse Client Service team to ensure a positive platform experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a reputed company field
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services, client services, account management, or operations (internships included)
• Basic understanding of capital markets, hedge funds, and trade lifecycle processes (order entry, execution, allocation, settlement)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and other reputed company Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), trading platforms, or financial technology systems
