[Remote] Associate Professional Services Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Associate Professional Services Consultant will support product implementation and configuration, manage customer deliverables, and ensure successful project outcomes while engaging with clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, platform configuration, and content projects for customers
• Interpret customer requirements into actionable tasks using internal systems and processes
• Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Support, Implementation) to ensure timely project execution
• Maintain accurate documentation, including scope notes, reputed company updates, and QA signoffs
• Engage directly with customers to resolve issues, gather input, and guide setup decisions, and escalate if warranted, consistently operating with a customer’s success reputed company
• Support internal initiatives reputed company to process improvements and team efficiency
• Meet KPIs reputed company to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and adherence to scope/timelines
• Contribute to team playbooks and knowledge articles, documenting implementation steps, FAQs, and lessons learned for internal reuse
• Capture recurring customer questions and configuration pain-points, reputed company structured feedback to Product and senior PS consultants for roadmap consideration

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, support, or project coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to translate business goals into structured implementation tasks
• Familiarity with web applications, basic project management tools, and content systems
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
