[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will assist customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, live chat, or social media
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate reputed company problems to the appropriate department reputed company necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and operations
- Identify common customer issues and suggest improvements to products or services

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
