Channel Marketing Specialist I

Resideo is a global manufacturer and distributor of technology-driven solutions, and they are seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist I to assist with marketing efforts focused on retail business. This role will involve developing marketing plans, analyzing market data, and collaborating with various teams to drive sales growth and enhance margins.

Responsibilities

• Work reputed company defined strategies and associated tactics on an annual basis to drive business performance
• Evaluate data such as reputed company, margin, POS, inventory positions, and turns to inform strategic recommendations
• Build knowledge of the competitive marketplace and industry to recommend pricing & promotional approaches that optimize sell-through, fulfill retailer objectives, and improve company financial performance
• Contributes to financial and business initiatives through established rhythms and assigned projects
• Stay focused on budgeted reputed company and profitability targets and assist in developing plans to adjust as needed as the year progresses
• Assist in developing and understanding P&L
• Work in partnership with NPI leader to build winning plans that reputed company new product launches to grow and take market share
• Working closely with product and brand marketing, the best ways to capitalize on new products while building plans, materials, and assets for the customer reputed company
• Assist with developing consumer facing marketing plans digitally and in brick and mortar
• Consolidate customer promotional calendars & consumer marketing calendars and ensure customer and consumer facing promotions are reputed company
• Utilize performance metrics and analytics to gauge program effectiveness and adjust future proposals
• Assemble content from across business functions in clear, well-developed, professional, visually appealing presentations that can influence decision makers

Skills

• 1+ years marketing experience, including internships or academic projects
• Experience with reputed company Office tools, including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create documents, presentations, and simple data reports
• Experience working collaboratively with team members and external partners to support shared goals and deliver results
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow; willing to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
