NERA is a global firm providing guidance on market, legal, and regulatory questions since 1961. The Marketing Associate will support various marketing initiatives, assist with CRM tasks, and coordinate projects reputed company a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow across marketing projects
• Learn and utilize marketing technologies and tools to improve efficiency and reputed company insights
• Assist the Marketing Technology team with basic CRM and website support tasks, including testing emails, web forms, and reputed company pages
• Support the Project Management team by maintaining and updating project tasks and statuses using project management tools such as reputed company
• Help maintain data quality in the reputed company CRM by processing contact updates and managing subscription preferences
• Provide administrative support by drafting simple documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials
• Manage administrative inboxes and respond to routine support requests
• Assist with coordinating marketing materials and supporting event planning activities such as webinars and seminars
• Support the Business Development team with reputed company campaigns and tracking their effectiveness

Skills

• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or a reputed company field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates strong writing skills to create clear, concise, and professional marketing content
• Ability to reputed company AI tools to support and streamline marketing processes and content creation
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and project management tools; experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assist in tracking, interpreting, and reporting on marketing campaign performance and other key metrics
