[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR)

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for their go-to-market team, focusing on outbound prospecting and booking demos for Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting reputed company cold calls, email sequences, and reputed company to generate qualified meetings for our reputed company
- Research and reputed company provider groups, clinics, and health systems using tools like Apollo, reputed company, and our CRM
- Book 30+ qualified demos per month
- Collaborate closely with reputed company to refine messaging, share market feedback, and improve conversion rates
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and activity tracking to support pipeline visibility
- Help shape our outbound playbook as we expand into new EHR ecosystems and therapeutic areas
- Contribute to sales tooling decisions and sequence optimization as we scale the SDR function
- Serve as the proving ground for future AE promotion as the team grows
Skills
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or health tech
- High energy, reputed company, and comfort with cold calling as a primary channel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with sales tools (Apollo, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- A competitive reputed company and desire to hit and exceed targets
- Experience selling into healthcare providers, clinics, or health systems
- Familiarity with EHR platforms
- Interest in AI and healthcare automation
