Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests reputed company phone and email
- Monitor system performance, deliver training, and support quality assurance
- Troubleshoot application issues across Descartes logistics platforms
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Create and update support and diagnostic procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company challenges
Skills
- Degree or diploma in computer science, IT, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of reputed company Windows and Office
- Customs Brokerage certification
- Experience with tools like Descartes OneView, ABI, NetCHB, or QuestaWeb
- Knowledge of EDI or integration technologies
- Familiarity with wireless communications
