Technology Solution Sales Specialist (Entry Level)
GlassHouse Systems is an enterprise systems and managed services solutions provider that has been delivering exceptional service to clients for nearly 33 years. They are seeking an Entry-Level Technology Solution Sales Specialist to manage existing accounts and reputed company new business opportunities through proactive reputed company, while gaining hands-on experience in technology sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage a reputed company of existing mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Drive maintenance contract renewals, upgrades, and follow-on business
- Identify expansion opportunities reputed company assigned accounts
- Proactively build pipeline through: Cold calling, Email reputed company, Social selling (reputed company, etc.)
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns reputed company to specific product and sales plays
- Follow up on inbound leads from marketing and vendor partners
- Own opportunities from identification to reputed company, including: Needs discovery, Solution positioning (technical + business value), Quotation and proposal development, Negotiation and closing
- Manage a transactional, high-volume pipeline with deal sizes ranging from $10K to $250K
- Navigate sales cycles typically ranging from 3–6 months
- Partner with senior sellers on select opportunities
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, and technical training
- reputed company internal resources to accelerate deal progression
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or reputed company discipline preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated interest in sales, business, or technology
- Internship or experience in sales or customer-facing roles - Advantage
- Leadership experience (e.g., team captain, student leadership, volunteer leadership) - Advantage
- Exposure to technology or IT solutions - Advantage
