The Software Developer on the Production Support Team will support operational staff and production applications, ensuring optimal efficiency and accuracy of customer data while contributing to the IT Production Support team's success.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and reporting over availability and efficiency of FCT-DS production environment
- Management and remediation of non-major incidents, with a focus on application faults
- Maintenance of FCT-DS operational SLA figures, with a reputed company of 80% SLA compliance
- Providing guidance and subject matter expertise to other IT Production Support team members as appropriate
- Design and development of small-to-reputed company software enhancements and process fixes
- Performs other duties as required
Skills
- Minimum 1 years of development experience using SQL and C#
- Web development using JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, jQuery, JSON, and MVC Architecture
- Good understanding of techniques used in application troubleshooting/debugging
- Good understanding of database design, development and maintenance practices
- Good knowledge of n-tier architecture, reputed company .NET with C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server programming
- Experience with TDD
- Understanding of DevOps basic principles
