[Remote] Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company improvement of internal materials, templates, and documentation to increase the efficiency of business development efforts, such as building and maintaining a comprehensive proposal library
• reputed company the archiving, updating, and centralization of key business development resources (case studies, capabilities decks, etc.), ensuring materials remain reputed company, complete, and well‑structured
• Monitor and coordinate workflow between internal teams to ensure timely completion of sales‑reputed company tasks, such as reputed company reputed company campaigns and prospecting efforts
• Support the development and completion of Request for Information (RFI) responses
• Act as the primary liaison between Evidence Solutions and the AQ Proposals Team

• Manage intake and coordination of RFP requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

Skills

• 1-2 years of professional experience in the healthcare space, reputed company or similar to pharmaceuticals or healthcare insurance
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively finding solutions reputed company processes or priorities evolve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business, healthcare, technical or operational field
