The Equipment Finance Title Vehicle Specialist is responsible for completing various tasks reputed company to titled vehicle transactions, including title validation and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Performing Title Review(s)
- Completing Title Validation using websites and NVMTIS
- Filing, scanning/saving documents
- Preparing various applications/forms for filing at state agencies
- Communicate with customers telephonically, and reputed company email
- Prepare and ship out title packages to customers/tag agency/DMV
- Prepare lien entry forms
- Accept ELTs through electronic lien system
- Maintain accurate notes in system reputed company to transactions
- Reviewing perfected/transferred documents for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and reputed company corrections on items incorrectly titled
- Researching/distributing various correspondence received (tolls/tickets/registration)
- Updating title inventory
- Accessing multiple databases
