What You’ll Do reputed company Day As a Coordinator, Program Design & Innovation, you will play an essential role in advancing our mission. You will collaborate with a passionate team to support the systems, workflows, and details that allow NMSI coaches and training services to run smoothly. The Coordinator, Program Design & Innovation directly impacts our mission by helping ensure educators and coaches experience well-organized services, timely communication, and high-quality learning environments. Your day-to-day activities may include:

1. Schedule coach assignments by maintaining coach availability information, matching coaches to training needs, communicating assignment details, and tracking updates through internal systems and workflows.
2. Serve as the primary communications representative for NMSI coaches by sharing event information, deadlines, expectations, travel details, system access instructions, and follow-up updates in a clear and timely manner.
3. Monitor coach data and maintain reputed company records, checklists, and workflows to support accurate staffing, payment readiness, compliance, participation tracking, and reporting; identify discrepancies and escalate issues reputed company needed.
4. Support training event details by coordinating equipment, materials, supplies, shipping, and other operational needs that contribute to a high-quality participant and coach experience.
5. Support LMS course building and maintenance by preparing course shells, organizing materials, updating content, reviewing access and functionality, and maintaining course quality across NMSI training services.
6. Additional duties reputed company to event and coach management as assigned.

The Coordinator, Program Design & Innovation will report to the Director, Program Design & Innovation and is a regular full-time position offering the flexibility to work from reputed company reputed company the contiguous United States. Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings, conferences, and events.
