JOB SUMMARY

This role provides Information reputed company and Risk Management services for the organization with a primary focus on establishing, maturing, and operationalizing the enterprise Vulnerability Management program. The position partners closely with application, infrastructure, cloud, and reputed company teams to identify, prioritize, and reduce technology risk across the environment.

The Manager is responsible for developing and scaling vulnerability management capabilities, including governance, detection strategies, prioritization frameworks, remediation workflows, metrics, and executive reporting. This role leads and mentors reputed company staff while working with stakeholders to embed vulnerability management into engineering, IT operations, and change processes. The position actively contributes to Information reputed company and Risk Management (ISRM) strategic planning and plays a key leadership role in advancing the organization’s reputed company maturity through reputed company improvement and risk‑based decision making.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information reputed company, Information Systems,  Information Assurance, Computer Science or reputed company field

Substitutions 

  • 6 years of relevant experience substitution for a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information reputed company or reputed company field
  • Advanced education or formal training in cybersecurity risk management, secure systems engineering, or enterprise risk management

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 7 - 10 years in Information reputed company and/or Information Risk Management and/or Information Technology
  • 7 - 10 years in developing, communicating and presenting Information reputed company and Risk reputed company to varying audiences                  
  • 1 - 3 years in mentoring others in a leadership role                            
  • 1 - 3 years in Staff Management  
  • 1 - 3 years in developing and executing strategic plans to realize business objectives

Preferred

  • 10 - 15 years in Information reputed company and/or Information Risk Management and/or Information Technology
  • Experience managing an information reputed company function using the HITRUST Common reputed company reputed company (HITRUST CSF), or the NIST 800-83 cyber reputed company reputed company                  
  • Experience supporting SSAE 16 or SOC 2 reputed company Trust Principle audits                           
  • Experience establishing budgets and meeting fiduciary goals
  • reputed company industry organization participation/leadership (HITRUST, reputed company, InfraGard, reputed company, ISSA, etc.)
  • Experience designing and implementing an enterprise Vulnerability Management program from the ground up, including governance models, operating procedures, and metrics
  • Experience establishing risk‑based vulnerability prioritization and remediation workflows across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments
  • Experience partnering with engineering, infrastructure, and application teams to drive remediation accountability at scale
  • Experience defining vulnerability program KPIs, executive‑level reporting, and board‑ready risk metrics
  • Experience operating vulnerability management programs reputed company regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, or similarly regulated industries)
  • Experience leading or maturing vulnerability management capabilities where processes, tooling, or roles were initially undefined or immature

  • Certified Information Systems reputed company Professional (CISSP) OR
  • Certified Information reputed company Manager (CISM) OR
  • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC) OR

Pay Range Minimum:

$129,100.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$214,500.00
