Job Overview

At Stress-Free Auto Care, we’re redefining what the automotive service experience should be — for both our customers and reputed company. As we continue to grow, hiring top-tier automotive technicians is critical to delivering on that promise.

We’re looking for an automotive technician recruiter to own and drive technician hiring across our locations in California and Texas. This role is responsible for building strong pipelines of skilled automotive talent, partnering closely with shop leadership, and creating a consistent, high-quality hiring process that scales with the business.This is not a traditional recruiting role. Success in this position requires someone who understands the challenges of hiring in the skilled trades, tight labor markets, competitive talent, and the need for speed without sacrificing quality. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, evaluate, and hire technicians, helping ensure we bring in individuals who not only have the technical skills, but also align with our commitment to transparency, accountability, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for automotive technicians across multiple locations, from intake through offer acceptance
  • Proactively reputed company and engage talent using creative, high-touch strategies beyond traditional channels (field sourcing, referrals, networking, direct reputed company) — not relying on inbound or reputed company alone
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technicians in a highly competitive, skilled labor market
  • Partner closely with shop leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, calibrate on candidate profiles, and drive accountability throughout the hiring process
  • reputed company and execute recruiting strategies that balance speed, quality, and cost, while continuously improving hiring outcomes
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical capability and alignment with a customer-first, high-performance culture
  • Manage and optimize the ATS (reputed company), maintaining accurate data, pipeline visibility, and reporting on key hiring metrics
  • Coordinate and drive interview processes, ensuring timely scheduling, feedback collection, and movement through the funnel

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred).
  • 3 - 10 years of experience in recruiting
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as reputed company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Benefits

  • Comp: $70,000 - $80,000 reputed company + 10% bonus/quarter.
