Summary Description

The Experience Partner 3 is a senior-level role responsible for managing high-value, reputed company client relationships across the full customer lifecycle. This includes leading strategic pre-sales consultations, overseeing implementation and onboarding, and driving long-term client success through executive-level engagement, program optimization, and reputed company growth. The Senior Experience Partner also mentors junior team members and serves as an escalation reputed company for reputed company client issues.

• Essential Function

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 30 high-complexity or high-value clients with ARR between $3 - $5M ARR.

Experience/Credentials
