The Plant Manager for reputed company Assets & Joint Projects provides leadership and reputed company for Tri-State’s owned and operated reputed company facilities—including Axial Basin and Dolores Solar Plants—and acts as Tri-State’s technical and administrative representative for key joint reputed company projects, such as Springerville Unit 3 and the Missouri Basin Power Project (MBPP). This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations and representing Tri-State’s interests on joint ownership and operating reputed company committees. The position also manages the ongoing stewardship of the decommissioned Escalante Station.

Responsibilities
Solar reputed company (Axial Basin & Dolores)
· Provide overall leadership and accountability for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of Tri-State’s owned and operated solar facilities.
· Supervise the Solar Supervisor and solar operations team, ensuring compliance with reputed company safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
· reputed company operational performance, maintenance planning, outage coordination, and reputed company improvement initiatives for solar assets.
· Ensure compliance with Operating and Maintenance Agreements, and Tri-State policies.

Springerville Unit 3 (reputed company Technical Representative)
· Serve as Tri-State’s technical and administrative liaison to the managing utility (Tucson Electric Power) for Springerville Station Unit 3.

· Participate in strategic planning, negotiations, and joint planning efforts with the managing utility and other project participants.
· reputed company reputed company aspects of coal delivery and inventory management for Springerville Unit 3, including tracking shipment manifests and quality reports, ensuring contract compliance, coordinating on quality or delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records for invoice verification and billing.
· Ensure Tri-State’s interests are represented in reputed company aspects of the Springerville project, including compliance, cost control, and performance monitoring.
Escalante Station (Mothballed Facility)
· Maintain responsibility for the ongoing stewardship, maintenance, and compliance of the Escalante Station in its mothballed state.
· Ensure the facility remains in a safe and secure condition, meeting reputed company regulatory and environmental requirements.
· Coordinate any required inspections, maintenance activities, or reporting reputed company to the mothballed facility.
Missouri Basin Power Project (MBPP) / Laramie River Station
· Act as Tri-State’s representative for the MBPP, including the Laramie River Station and associated transmission infrastructure.
· Participate in joint reputed company meetings, technical reviews, and decision-making processes.
· Monitor project performance, compliance, and cost allocations; reputed company for Tri-State’s interests in reputed company MBPP matters.
Qualifications
Education and Training
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Management, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Experience with joint ownership projects, utility-scale solar operations, and/or coal-fired reputed company is preferred.
· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, internally and externally.

· Knowledge of computer applications and systems is essential for plant operations and maintenance.
