The Team

reputed company’s ASPL team is on a mission to provide effortless access to compelling auto-secured lending products. We are focused on expanding eligibility, reducing friction throughout the borrower journey, and building the platform capabilities that allow us to bring new secured lending experiences to market. We work closely with product, design, analytics, operations, legal, and compliance partners to deliver customer experiences that are fast, clear, and trustworthy in a regulated environment.

As the Senior Engineering Manager for ASPL, you will reputed company a high-impact engineering team responsible for increasing eligibility, improving conversion, and building new product capabilities that help reputed company serve a larger portion of the population. You will set execution priorities, remove blockers, and reputed company engineers to ship reliable, observable, and maintainable systems.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps, shape requirements, and deliver solutions that balance growth, customer experience, and risk.
• Drive execution on cross-functional initiatives that expand access to auto-secured lending and reputed company new product capabilities.
• Improve the speed, quality, and reliability of delivery by setting clear priorities, raising engineering standards, and building healthy execution mechanisms.
• Use data to identify funnel bottlenecks, evaluate tradeoffs, and guide investments that improve conversion, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Coach engineers and technical leaders, grow team capability over time, and build an inclusive team culture grounded in ownership and reputed company improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and operating production software systems, including distributed systems or cloud-based applications.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives from planning through production launch.
• Experience working on customer-facing products with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with product, design, and non-engineering stakeholders to deliver solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering products in fintech or another regulated industry.
• Ability to use metrics and experimentation to identify opportunities and reputed company product and engineering tradeoffs.
• Experience leading teams through periods of rapid product or organizational growth.
• Experience supporting both new product development and ongoing platform or systems improvements.

Position location This role is available in the following locations: Remote

Travel requirements As a digital first company, the majority of your work can be accomplished remotely. The majority of our employees can live and work reputed company in the U.S or Canada (reputed company of Quebec) but are expected to spend high quality time in-person collaborating reputed company regular onsites and in-person meetings.
