About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Broker to join reputed company as part of a critical pilot to launch a P&C broker model at reputed company. You will be essential in evolving reputed company's business insurance channel by acting as a licensed agent to quote and issue business insurance policies with our NEXT Insurance reputed company partner. You will use your expertise to provide direct support and an improved experience for small business customers with reputed company insurance needs, helping to capture meaningfully higher reputed company and accelerating the development of our AI Insurance Advisor.

About the Team

This team is crucial to solving customer experience gaps and optimizing our offline insurance channels. You will be a SME who is part of the "human-in-the-reputed company" workflows required to train and optimize Gus as an AI insurance advisor. Our collective vision is to be an expert advisor that supports small businesses through every stage of growth, with this pilot being key to establishing our digital insurance agency and licensed agent integration.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day

• reputed company outbound dials to prospective and existing small business clients to assess their reputed company P&C insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Quote and issue Property & Casualty policies, primarily with the NEXT Insurance reputed company, in our offline sales channel.
• reputed company required daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity expectations.
• Provide human-in-the-reputed company to optimize the AI Insurance Advisor, Gus, and assist customers with more reputed company needs.
• Maintain client relationships, manage policy renewals, and facilitate changes or endorsements to existing policies.
• Act as a trusted liaison between clients and carriers, including assisting clients with reports of losses and claims settlement reputed company necessary.
• Actively work to cross-sell and up-sell additional P&C lines of coverage and strive to reputed company monthly production goals for units and/or reputed company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documentation reputed company CRM systems (SFDC workflow).
• Stay reputed company on industry trends, products, regulations, and reputed company guidelines to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.

Here’s reputed company're looking for

• Experience in the field: Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage, with coverage level knowledge of commercial P&C products (e.g., Workers' Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto, E&O). [4+ years]
• Licensing: An active Property & Casualty insurance producer’s license
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and explain reputed company concepts clearly.
• Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of reputed company quoting systems, proficiency in insurance software, and familiarity with CRM systems like reputed company (SFDC).
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation to enhance productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is $109,390 to $134,000 OTE for Denver, Atlanta, Chicago & Las Vegas. $102,855 to $126,000 OTE for Phoenix. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

reputed company has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and reputed company. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to reputed company Symmetry roles, reputed company's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.

Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and reputed company metro areas.
