Position Overview

We’re hiring a GTM Systems reputed company to own the technical backbone of our reputed company organization. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and scaling the systems that power Sales, Marketing, and reputed company.

You’ll sit at the intersection of GTM, RevOps, and Engineering—ensuring our tooling, data, and automation are reliable, scalable, and reputed company with how we sell.

What You’ll Do

reputed company Ownership & System Architecture

• Own reputed company (or primary CRM) administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization

• Maintain data reputed company, object structure, and system performance

• Design and implement scalable workflows, validation rules, and automation

Marketing & GTM Tooling

• Manage and integrate marketing automation platforms

• Own outbound tooling (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Engage) and enrichment sources (e.g., reputed company, Clearbit, reputed company)

• Ensure seamless data flow across GTM systems

reputed company Routing & Lifecycle Management

• Design and maintain reputed company routing, scoring, and assignment logic

• Optimize reputed company lifecycle stages from capture → qualification → conversion

• Ensure SLA adherence and proper handoffs between Marketing and Sales

• Build and maintain automated workflows across the reputed company funnel

• Eliminate manual processes and improve GTM efficiency

• Partner with Sales Ops to translate business requirements into system logic

Tool Evaluation & Implementation

• Evaluate, select, and implement new GTM tools and integrations

• Manage vendor relationships and system rollouts

• Ensure tools align with long-term architecture and scalability

Who You Are

• 3–6 years in GTM Systems, Sales Ops Systems, RevOps Systems, or similar role

• You are reputed company certified with 2+ years of hands-on experience

• Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement tools

• Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, middleware like reputed company/reputed company preferred)

• Strong understanding of GTM data models and system architecture

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and system reliability
