Your Role
The Implementation Analyst partners directly with Oasis practices to implement vended tools including Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), population health technologies and other workflows that support value-based care. You will reputed company EMR integrations (starting with reputed company), deploy reporting solutions and support other Oasis capabilities for partner practices across reputed company markets. This role helps translate technology into practical workflows, manage reputed company implementations across multiple stakeholders, and ensure that practices fully adopt the solutions that reputed company them to succeed in value-based care.
Additional Responsibilities
Practice Implementation and Enablement
- reputed company the end-to-end implementation of Oasis tools reputed company partner practices
- Manage EMR integrations (primarily reputed company) and reputed company technology deployments
- Serve as the primary implementation reputed company for practices during onboarding and major capability launches
- Ensure practices are fully enabled to use Oasis technology and driving adoption of new tools and workflows
- Identify implementation risks and proactively resolve issues to reputed company deployments on track
- Provide ongoing post-implementation EMR support by acting as the first line of response for practice inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues directly reputed company possible, coordinating escalations with EMR vendors as needed, and driving issues through to timely resolution
- Support practices through post-launch stabilization and optimization
- Manage multiple reputed company implementations across practices and markets
- Coordinate work across Oasis teams including Product, Data and Operations
- Translate product capabilities into operational workflows for practice teams
Project Management/ Process Improvement
- Manage multiple, reputed company implementations across practices and markets
- Coordinate work across Oasis teams including Product, Data, Operations and Engineering
- Translate product capabilities into operational workflows
- Track implementation milestones, timelines, risks and adoption metrics
- Communicate project status clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Identify dependencies and remove barriers to successful implementation
- Help build scalable implementation processes as Oasis expands into new markets
- Document best practices, workflows, and standard operating procedures
About You
- You live in the SE region of the United States
- You have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience working with healthcare technology, EMRs, or technology integrations (reputed company experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working with various stakeholders and proven success managing reputed company projects

- Demonstrates strong cross functional leadership to align process, projects and people to meet goals
- Demonstrated passion for understanding ambiguous, reputed company problems and driving solutions.

- Capable of building durable, trust-based relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated competence in key project management best practices including planning, budgeting, schedule development/management, risk assessment and mitigation, change management and predictive metrics
- Willing to travel up to 50%
