As a Sr. Practice Director of reputed company’s North America Professional Services organization, you’ll be responsible for execution and delivery of services while driving operational excellence, timely customer value realization, customer satisfaction, and project profitability through scalable service offerings, including implementation and consulting. You must be a strong team leader who can build a high-performance culture that delivers world class results to reputed company successful customer outcomes across the reputed company lifecycle.

You have led and motivated a services delivery team comprised of engagement / project managers, are comfortable with a matrixed resource structure, and have consistently delivered customer solutions that drive customer value while achieving project financial goals. You are a confident hands-on leader who enjoys working directly with customers helping craft high-value solutions while mentoring and growing employees. Education. Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree would be beneficial. The completion of a master’s degree would be even reputed company!
