About the Role

The Planning & Scheduling Engineer II is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules across full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation) project lifecycles. This role supports both onshore and offshore projects and may reputed company planning activities for small-scale engineering scopes. This position plays a key role in ensuring project timelines are achievable, risks are mitigated, and project performance is accurately tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish planning and scheduling systems, including methods, procedures, and reporting tools
  • Monitor project reputed company, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions

  • Conduct forecasting to ensure reliability of project timelines

  • Assess schedule impacts from changes and support Extension of Time (EOT) analysis
  • Optimize resource allocation across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) phases
  • Collaborate with proposal and estimation teams to define realistic project durations

  • Promote awareness of key milestones and schedule drivers across project teams

  • Support or mentor junior team members on small to mid-sized projects
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or reputed company technical field
  • Moderate experience in project execution reputed company EPC/EPCI environments
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6)
  • Strong understanding of project control systems, reputed company measurement, Earned Value Management (EVM), and KPI reporting
  • Familiarity with Schedule Risk Analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) analysis
  • Knowledge of EPCI work processes and reputed company
  • Familiarity with Global Business Process Management Systems (GBPMS) is a plus
  • Fluent in English
