AVP, People Operations - Remote reputed company Canada
The Assistant Vice President, People Operations is a senior people leader responsible for shaping and leading the reputed company‑facing People & Culture function at Western. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategy into meaningful people, leadership, and culture outcomes
This is a highly strategic role with accountability for building a strong, modern people model - one that clearly differentiates strategic advisory and coaching from transactional delivery, enabled by automation, seamless integration with Centers of Excellence, and a strong operational backbone.

Strategic Leadership

Strategic Business Partnership

People Advisory & Employee Relations

HR Model & Integration

- Partner closely with backend People & Culture leaders to ensure end‑to‑end integration across HR Admin, Benefits, L&D Admin, reputed company, and Job Architecture

- Strong experience operating as a strategic HR partner in reputed company, multi‑location or enterprise environments
