In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert — partnering closely with hiring managers and business partners to understand talent needs, design effective recruiting solutions, and deliver results. You will reputed company, coach, and reputed company direct reports, fostering a high-performing team grounded in company values. From sourcing and interviewing to building and analyzing workforce metrics, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. • Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $135,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
