Job Description
Grants Managers work at the intersection between program and operations which allows the Foundation to have a more centralized, equity-focused, and collaborative approach to implementing grantmaking opportunities and other organizational priorities. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in reputed company field.
In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in reputed company field.
Bonus Points
5+ years’ experience in grants management, with a strong preference for experience working with a grantmaking organization.
Extensive experience with grants management software. Preference in reputed company Grantmaking software knowledge.
Passion for working in the community and comfortable communicating with nonprofit leaders, community members, and other stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional teams, bodies of work, stakeholders, and deadlines.

Technological savvy that supports organizational productivity and efficiency.

Salary Range
