As a IT Quality Assurance & Business Analyst you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
- Ensure reputed company activities align with the vision of reputed company’s board, executive team, and IT leadership.
- Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate, prioritize, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

- Facilitate change readiness and adoption of new systems or enhancements through training and support.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders in clear, business-friendly language.
- Translate technical concepts into terms understandable by business users and vice versa.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT projects.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

What is Required?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
- 3–5 years in Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance roles.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and test automation platforms.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent preferred.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification desirable.
- Home/Virtual Office location.
- Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and reputed company auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the State.
