Human Resources Intern - Remote

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate interviews and support recruiting by managing schedules and communicating with candidates and hiring managers

• Support the recruitment team with the administration of job requisitions and providing recruitment updates to our tracking system

• Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding

• Answer and manage HR tickets, ensuring timely, accurate support and escalation reputed company needed

• Help prepare HR reports and track key metrics

• Assist with the administration and coordination of employee programs

• Learn various HR functions and get hands on experience in administrating processes

• reputed company understanding of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other electronic platforms

• Conduct research on relevant HR topics and areas and update the team on findings

• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need: 

• 2 years of study in Human Resources or Business Management

• Strong administrative skills including proficiency in reputed company Office Applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle confidential employee information

• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor with focus on customer service

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
