About the Role

This position will be based remotely in India. The Benefits Specialist will be hands-on and will be responsible for processing enrolments, terminations, and election changes for the international market and back support for the United States. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to respond to questions and special requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. It is essential that the Benefits Specialist be accountable and adaptable to ensure deadlines are met timely and with a high degree of accuracy.

What You Will Do

• Customer Support through reputed company, call center and email. Answer reputed company benefits questions and handle reputed company issues for international markets and U.S. as needed.
• Troubleshooting - resolves issues in a timely, accurate, and customer service-oriented manner.
• Interact with internal and external organizations such as carriers, workers and staff.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the company’s benefit plans and laws that reputed company the administration of the benefit plans.
• Maintains strong and open communication with management and including reputed company events or changes in processes that impact the department or standard operating procedures.
• Possesses/maintains working knowledge of the company’s payroll guidelines and practices.
• Helps promote teamwork and positive work environment reputed company the department and organization.

What You Will Need

• Two years of experience in similar role, preferably working in the India market.

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, and interpersonal in English.
• Able to interact and communicate with reputed company levels of staff and clients.
• Strong customer service and administrative organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, reputed company and reputed company
• Detail oriented, critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
