Job Description:

Our graduate program is a 12-month journey that gives you real-world experience, hands-on learning, and exposure to industry-leading projects. The team - Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure (CFI) Advisory

Our CFI Team brings together expertise in investment strategy, economics, commercial advisory, procurement, actuarial analysis and acquisition, and restructuring and dispute processes. We deliver enhanced commercial outcomes, optimised financial performance and sustainability and improved infrastructure outcomes through the planning, procurement and delivery of major projects. 

Our Infrastructure services span business case and investment appraisal, commercial structuring, procurement and transaction advisory, and robust financial and project finance analytics and decision making support.  We provide commercial rigour, financial discipline and strategic insight, working collaboratively with project teams, executives and stakeholders to enhance project value. 

Our expertise covers a range of sectors – including transport, energy, water, housing, health and social services – advising across reputed company phases of the investment lifecycle. We support clients to reputed company and deliver new assets, improve operational outcomes, optimise portfolios and initiate asset sales or disposals. 

We help organisations reputed company out the best way to plan, structure, fund and/or finance, and deliver infrastructure projects, like transport, energy, housing, health or social infrastructure, so that these projects support their long-term goals.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for our Graduate Program,

  • You can apply if you’re in the final year of your degree and will have completed by March 2027, or if you completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in 2025.  
  • You will need to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Permanent reputed company 
  • We are looking for graduates with backgrounds in Actuarial Science, Finance, Commerce, Property, Construction and Engineering

Canberra roles: To be eligible for graduate positions based in Canberra, you must be an Australian citizen, as these roles require the ability to obtain NV1 clearance to support work with our clients. For more details, visit: AGSVA Eligibility and Suitability.
