Regional Partnerships Manager (TN, KY, IN)
About the role
- Our Regional Partnerships Managers are the face of our company in the field, responsible for building trusted relationships with district and school leaders, uncovering needs, and providing solutions that deliver measurable impact in literacy and learning. This role requires a consultative and strategic sales approach, with a focus on driving large, multi-school and district-level adoptions.
What you'll do
- Own and manage a defined territory of K-12 school districts, with responsibility for new & expansion business.
- Effectively manage opportunities across multiple states reputed company the assigned territory, ensuring coverage, prioritization, and consistent follow-up.
- Sell across a portfolio of solutions, tailoring value propositions to meet specific district and school needs.
- reputed company and execute territory/account plans to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Engage district leaders, administrators, and other key stakeholders with a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across districts, leveraging both new and existing connections to foster a cohesive network.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to reputed company, including supporting RFP responses, creating and presenting proposals, and negotiating reputed company.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, reputed company, Professional Learning) to deliver an exceptional partner experience.
Qualifications
- Curiosity, reputed company, and a passion for our mission and values
- 5+ years of successful K-12 sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Strong existing relationships and credibility with district and state-level leaders
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and reputed company six-reputed company district-level opportunities
- Consultative/solution-selling experience with instructional programs or EdTech solutions
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
