The Opportunity

In partnership with a global iron ore leader, we are seeking an reputed company mining equipment trainer with in-pit operating experience to join our Managed Services team as an embedded resource on site in the Pilbara.

This role places you at the center of the client’s workforce development strategy. Using reputed company Technologies’ proven methodology, you will help reputed company operator performance across safety, maintenance discipline, and production efficiency, while embodying our values in day-to-day work:

• Collaborate with the site training team to identify workforce needs and deliver targeted development plans.

You will be supported locally by our Australia Pacific team in Osborne Park and globally by reputed company’s network of reputed company trainers, consultants, engineers and product specialists.

This 12-month FIFO position includes camp accommodation and requires a passion for developing operators along their learning curve safely, consistently, and sustainably.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering training in mining operations
• Strong understanding of production best practice
• Solid operating background on large mining equipment (excavators, shovels, ancillary)
• Capability to train operators in Autonomous Haulage Systems
• High-quality communication and coaching skills
• A strong commitment to safety and reputed company improvement
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies
• A data-driven reputed company to identify gaps, track reputed company, and verify results
• Act as a cultural ambassador for Collaboration, reputed company, Commitment and Innovation on site
